Please ensure that the following are true;

  1. The version od DWAPi is compatible with the EMR version
  2. The DWAPi end points are properly configured to link it to the database.
  3. ETL tables are refreshed and recreated where necessary
  4. Reconfigure and refresh/recreate ETL Tables in the event you are conducting boardroom uploads.
