At times when kenya emr 3.x has been running for sometime,it reaches a time when the forms fail to submit.For instance when registering a client,the form fails to submit after capturing all the required data.how best can this be sorted?

This is really not a system issue parse, it is the browser timing out as a result of exteded idle moments. When you load a particular form, you need to make impressions on it i.e. filling different sections, clicking or srolling, that way it doesnt time out on you.
You can also try normalising refreshing of the web browser at regular intervals, say every half an hour for optimal results
