Request for Support – KEMR System Timing Out

Dear Team
This is Aina Facility, Dream Kenya Trust. We are experiencing an issue with our KEMR system—it keeps timing out at specific times, namely in the morning, around noon, and at 4 PM.

This problem began after the system was upgraded to version 3.x.

Kindly assist us in resolving this issue. Please let me know if you require an AnyDesk address or any other details for remote support.

This is mostly caused by system optimization and scheduler configurations. Check on these;

  1. Optimize mysql and JAVA depending on the available resources of your server
  2. Configure schedulers accordingly too; also check on your auto backup schedule too
