How to clear Error - 422. Msg422 Unprocessable Entity in Lab manifest

Hi I am experiencing this error when pushing manifest to the central lab.

Error 422 – Unprocessable Entity occurs when the server understands the request but cannot process it due to invalid, missing, or conflicting data.

Removing the selected samples and re-entering them correctly should fix the issue.

From the attached photo, one was sent while the rest failed. This may require investigating the logs. You can reach out through service desk for additional assistance.

There seems to be a problem with one of the VL orders causing the rest not to transmit, The error also points to missing VL justifications available in the new KenyaEMR 19.2.0 version. Kindly Upgrade the facility, if the error persists after upgrade,access the Logs and contact our servicedesk team for further support.
