1. User Account Created
2. Roles asigned to users based on their fucntions
3. Creation of Locations (i.e. Main Store, Main Pharmacy, Wards etc)
4. Set Chargeable Items or Edit existing ones - Important for payable services and Items
5. Create Queue Locations and Set up Queue Services
6. Configuration of Stock Roles and Stock Privilleges
7. Setting up payment exemptions
8. Uploading of latest Drug List
9. Perfoming initial Stock Operations
