Clients Below 12 months not showing Age on home page

We’ve identified an issue on the Taifacare homepage where the age of clients below 12 months is not displaying as expected. This affects infants who should have their age shown in months (e.g., "4 months") instead of years.
The homepage currently leaves the age field blank or shows incorrect data for clients younger than 12 months.
This affects healthcare workers' ability to quickly assess and differentiate infant clients, especially in high-volume clinics or mobile settings.
We request that the system logic be updated to calculate and display the age in months for all clients under 12 months old on the homepage, ensuring consistency with the client view.
