I got this error when i tried to submit a claim form how do i resolve it?

A user will experience this error , if the diagnosis attached to the claim form is not part of the authorised PHC-Capitation set diagnosis.

Fix: Cancel the claim, Initiate another virtual claim and add another clinical encounter with a PHC-acceptable diagnosis.
