When selecting payment mode for a client, using insurance- SHA, i cannot get the SHA packages and interventions.

This can be attributed to misconfigured insurance UUID, the initial Insurance mode of payment that came with the package was interfered with, either edited, or deleted and renamed.
Fix- Installation kit updated. Payment modes that come with the installation package cannot be edited or deleted.
